Training will be at MSAC and begins at 9am till approximately 11am.
This is for TAP/TDS squads along with Shadow Squad players who wish to attend.
Following training will be a "DOUBLES" timed event.
This is an extension of training and players who attend training are expected to enter to help them with their progression.
